He has worked in real estate for more than 20 years, holding positions as financial consultant, project structuring and new business manager. Manager and founder of Trazos Urbanos S.A.S., developer company of real estate projects with more than 15 projects and 1800 units under development. Additionally, he is a founding partner of Jalo S.A.S., operating company of multifamily, tourist housing and hotel company. Actually he is a member of the board of directors of Camacol Antioquia.
Nicolas is a mechanical engineer, specialized in financial administration form Los andes university. He is in charge of supervising the performance of current operations , besides structuring and carrying out the development of new operations in Jalo’s portfolio. Nicolas is in constant search for new real estate projects that can be added to Jalo’s portfolio of operations and he is a faithful believer that the tourist operations in furnished apartments are the future of tourism in the country.
Valentina is an industrial engineer with emphasis in management systems of the Escuela Colombiana de Ingeniería Julio Garavito. She is in charge of supervising the daily and commercial operation in 72 HUB of Jalo. With the aim to give abidance to her professional growth and strengthen her knowledge in tourism operations, she searches daily to design and implement strategies that allow the accomplishment of the goals and development in 72 HUB. Valentina is a conscious person about people’s needs, which allows her to build efficient interpersonal relationships, making decisions and to promote in a dynamic work environment with the collaborators and guests.
